Wellington has one of the most magnificent city and harbor views in New Zealand. It's called the hub of the NZ government. It is NZ's 2nd largest city, however, the commercial activity is nowhere near Auckland and Christchurch. This photo is taken from the 28th floor of one of Wellington's tallest buildings.

The average cost of a decent property in Wellington is at least $300k NZD for a residential property. If you are interested in knowing more about NZ property, please visit http://nzproperty.sheldonthinks.com

Wellington (pronounced /ˈwɛlɘŋˌtɘn/) is the capital city and third most populous urban area of New Zealand. It is often called Windy Wellington because it is the windiest city in New Zealand [4]. The urban area is situated on the southwestern tip of the country's North Island, and lies between Cook Strait and the Rimutaka Range. It is home to 386,000 residents, with an additional 3,700 residents living in the surrounding rural areas.
